  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil (to taste)
  • Fresh thyme (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil until shimmering.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and fresh herbs to infuse flavor.
