- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill or Parsley), chopped
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
