  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill or Parsley), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Your Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Get Cooking: In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot oil and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden edges form.
  4. Flip It!: Gently flip each fillet using a spatula once crispy. Cook for another couple of minutes on this side.
