Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 ounces Lobster Tails (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  2. Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail without cutting through the meat.
  3. Create Your Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush on the Flavor: Open lobster tails like a book, gently pull out the meat, and rest it on top of the shell. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each tail.
  5. Bake to Perfection: Place lobster tails in a baking dish and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter sauce before serving.
