  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly on top, then season with salt and pepper.
