Indulge in this Creamy Garlic Chicken recipe, featuring tender chicken enveloped in a luscious garlic cream sauce. Perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy night in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh if available)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season boneless chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant—be careful not to burn.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth while stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer before adding dried thyme and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Return seared chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Transfer everything onto plates or a serving platter and drizzle with extra sauce from the skillet for added decadence!
