Creamy Garlic Chicken

Savor tender chicken breasts enveloped in a rich, velvety garlic sauce that transforms your meal into a gourmet experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add the minced garlic to the pan. Stir constantly for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth while scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the pan. Stir well and simmer gently for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese along with dried thyme until melted and combined, creating a creamy sauce.
  6. Transfer the creamy garlic chicken onto plates or serve family-style from the skillet, drizzling any leftover sauce over each piece.
