  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
