  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss wings until well-coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. While wings bake, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Stir in hot sauce and honey until fully combined.
  8. Once wings are done baking, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve warm.
