Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)

  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Add minced garlic and ginger paste; sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, approximately five minutes.
  4. Stir in canned diced tomatoes, garam masala, and chili powder. Let simmer for about ten minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Pour in heavy cream (or coconut milk). Stir gently and let simmer again for another five minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
