  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Form small meatballs about one inch in diameter and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs in batches until golden on all sides (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release moisture and turn golden brown (around 5 minutes).
  5. Pour in beef broth and sprinkle onion powder; bring to a gentle simmer. Stir to combine flavors.
  6. Return meatballs to the skillet; reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until well-coated and heated through (about another five minutes).
