  • 1 lb crab legs (snow or king)
  • 1 lb small red potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into sections
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (high-quality)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, fill halfway with water and season generously with salt, cayenne pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add corn sections and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Gently add shrimp and crab legs; cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  5. While seafood cooks, melt butter in a separate pan over low heat.
  6. Stir in minced garlic and lemon juice; mix well.
  7. Serve seafood on a platter or spread on newspaper; drizzle generously with butter sauce before serving.
