Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken breast into strips about one inch wide.
  2. Set up a breading station: whisk eggs in one bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl, and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, then roll it in breadcrumbs until well-coated.

  5. Transfer cooked tenders to paper towels to drain excess oil.
