  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
