How to Make Creamy Garlic Chicken

  • Start by generously seasoning your chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Once shimmering, place the chicken in the pan and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, then add minced garlic into the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
