How to Make Creamy Garlic Chicken
Start by generously seasoning your chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Once shimmering, place the chicken in the pan and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium, then add minced garlic into the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spooning some sauce over the top. Cook together for another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle fresh parsley and grated Parmesan over the chicken before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of pasta or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
