  • Coat each piece in the flour mixture, dip into the egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and mist lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
