How to Make Crispy Chicken Cutlets

  • Pat the boneless chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • In three shallow bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom.
