  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low-sodium recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Optional Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Extra Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle on top before baking.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For additional flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For additional flavor.

How to Make Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced onions until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Add paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
