Instructions
How to Make Crispy Chicken Cutlets
Start by placing the boneless chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Gently pound them to an even thickness, about ½ inch.
In three separate bowls, arrange the flour (seasoned with salt and pepper), beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
Take each chicken piece and dip it in the flour, then into the egg wash, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
In a large skillet, heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the breaded chicken cutlets to the hot oil, frying for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the cutlets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and let them rest.
Serve warm with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
Notes
Enjoy experimenting with these ingredients to create unforgettable flavors while remembering to season every layer.
