  • Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F).
  • In the same skillet, remove the chicken and add the remaining butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chives. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
