  • In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the pan, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Sprinkle in the Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture to infuse the flavors.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and give it a gentle stir to allow it to melt slightly.
  • Plate the dish hot from the pan, ensuring a mix of chicken, spinach, and tomatoes in each serving.
