Instructions
How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until they are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add in thinly sliced beef and cook for another 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and spread a generous layer of garlic mayonnaise on the inside of each roll. Spoon the beef and veggie mixture onto the bottom half, then pile on slices of provolone cheese.
Arrange the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, removing the foil in the last few minutes to let the cheese melt.
Once done, take them out of the oven and let cool slightly. Enjoy as is or set up a toppings bar with extras like pickled jalapeños or hot sauce.
Notes
For best results, use fresh King's Hawaiian rolls and ensure the beef is thinly sliced for tenderness.
