Cooking Steps

  • Cut your chicken thighs or breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large pan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss the chicken pieces into the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and honey (or maple syrup) to the pan. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
