Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Combine the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey until well blended.
  • Simmer with Sauce: Pour the sauce mixture over the seared chicken in the pan. Reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and sauce thicken.
  • Garnish: Once the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from heat. Sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top for added flavor and presentation.
  • Serve: Plate the Chicken Diablo on a serving dish, drizzling any remaining sauce from the pan over the top. Enjoy with rice or salad for an unforgettable meal.

Notes

Optional: Serve with lime wedges for a refreshing zing. Marinate the chicken in the sauce a day in advance for flavor boost.
