  • Slice your chicken breast thinly against the grain, ensuring even cooking. This should take about 5 minutes.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  • Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.
  • Stir in minced garlic and freshly grated ginger, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss in your mixed vegetables, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring for another minute to coat everything evenly.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle in thinly sliced green onions for freshness.
  • Optional: Serve with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds for extra texture.

Notes

For best results, prep all ingredients before starting to cook. Adjust for spice by adding red pepper flakes or sriracha if desired.
