  • Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a little cooking water.
  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Combine Everything: Add cooked noodles to the pan with chicken, then add the sauce. Stir well to coat evenly, adding reserved noodle water as needed.
  • Add Vegetables (Optional): Toss in bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened but colorful.
  • Serve Immediately: Plate the noodles hot and enjoy!
